Who is the Tiny House for, and what awaits you here?

This page is about the house itself: what it offers, how it came to be, and the kind of guest who falls in love with it. The Tiny House is a 20 m², year-round, insulated house on wheels — not a cabin in the usual sense, and nothing rolled off a factory line. Tim built the entire structure by hand, from the frame to the last fitting. It is a place raised with love and passion — and, Tim will add, the occasional drop of blood along the way. We wanted to offer an experience, not just a place to sleep: a slightly hidden corner where you can be close to nature and stillness, yet wrapped in comfort whatever the weather — mist, snow, or long summer light.

If you work in the city and long to escape to the countryside, if you treasure privacy, wide skies and shooting stars, evenings by a fire, and the hush of trees — this is for you. In our experience the house is ideal for two, comfortable for three, and for those who do not mind closeness and shared evenings on the sofa, four can still share a memorable stay. Remote workers are welcome: we provide fibre internet at 100 Mbps.

In the loft, a large sleeping mattress (160 × 200 cm) surrounded by three generous windows. They frame panoramic views of the forest and the Beskid hills — a living picture that shifts with the day — and if you look closely, you may catch deer moving through the trees. Downstairs, the sofa bed unfolds to 120 × 180 cm; for extra comfort we add a mattress topper made for that bed, so sleep feels as considered as the loft above.

The house is fully heated by a smart heating and ventilation system that Tim designed and built himself. Nothing on the market matched what we needed, so it is genuinely one-of-a-kind — part of why we call this a truly custom-built Tiny House. Ask us over tea: we can lose hours talking about the journey from first sketch → build → opening to guests, and every challenge between.

Living area & comforts

  • fully equipped bathroom; towels and basic toiletries,
  • compact kitchenette with a two-burner induction hob, sink, and fridge with freezer compartment,
  • cookware and utensils,
  • freshly ground coffee, tea, sugar, and spices,
  • treated drinking water.

Light on the land

We build and host with care. Much of the house uses salvaged timber and materials, and second-hand pieces given new life. Wastewater is treated on site before it leaves the land. For everyday products we choose gentle, low-impact options — think compostable bin bags, a natural-fibre pot brush, or plant-based dish sponges — the kind of things you might find in a thoughtful eco shop (we buy by type, not brand). We sort and recycle everything we can.

Outside

  • wooden deck with a sofa and table for slow mornings,
  • a grill for outdoor cooking,
  • a large hammock — the sort you disappear into for hours,
  • a fire pit for nights under the stars.

Come for the house, stay for the hush between the hills — and if you like, we will tell you how every piece got here. Some stories are best heard on the deck, with the woods listening in.
